Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
We offer a permanent free plan instead of a trial. You can use Velprove with up to 10 monitors including a browser login monitor at no cost, for as long as you want. Upgrade only when you need more.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, the new features are available immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect immediately. Excess monitors are paused automatically.
